Day 11 ~ Fourteen Days of Romance

Candlelight by our bedside . . .

Most nights you will find the glow of candles in our room.
It's a wonderful way to replenish the soul after a hectic day.

LIGHT. Every night chez nous, it is the same thing. The gentle twinkle and glow in our home is much appreciated after a day under harsh classroom lights and problems. But to come home to peace, LAUGHTER (thank you Ruben!) and beauty is therapy indeed. THANK YOU FOR VISITING! Isn't Ruben's smile adorable? He reminds me of certain family members with that smile that could light up Chicago!!!!

LOVE YOU! Anita

Oh, dear Nancy, you are sooo romantic! We do have candles all over downstairs , but my Gentleman Farmer feels we'll fall asleep and burn the house down if we bring them up to our room!! [But we do have 4 electric window candles in our bedroom, and that is a nice substitute. Those new golden silicone bulbs are so soft and cozy!]
Thanks for your kind visit and heartwarming words!

Firelight makes everything look magical. I light candles almost every night when I come home for the evening. I love to vary the scents which depend on my mood.

Candles in the bedroom just add to the romantic ambiance. With soft candlelight I am always relaxed.
