The Romance of a Beautiful Photo

I've been working on my photography skills. The loveliest petticoat I've ever seen found its way to me this weekend. I had to share it with you. This amazing pale blue confection has inspired these tender photos

Shades of White

The beauty of white will forever be a joy to me. Some people see it only as a blank canvas, but to me it is so much more than that. It is an ethereal world.




The luxury of white and all its various shades brings a soothing peace to our home.




No matter how many times I try to bring more color to our space, I always come back to light and airy white.

Spring Flowers

I spent Sunday afternoon mowing lawns. I've decided that it would be a great way to get exercise. I had no idea how hard it would be, but in the end I felt a great sense of accomplishment.

I turned my attention after that to cleaning and finishing touches in our home.

Flying

Driving home I was a bit out of sorts. I couldn't pinpoint what this restlessness was that I was feeling. I felt a longing in my heart, but for what I wondered? Then I looked up.






Beautiful fluffy white clouds were calling to me.

And then I knew.
