It’s a fall wonderland of leaves outside. The beautiful ginko trees have turned yellow.
Their delicate leaves have filled the street of a nearby neighborhood. We walked over the other morning and had our annual leaf fight. The air was swirling with them. Our laughter brought out some of the neighbors’ big smiles on their faces.
In that moment I was grateful for so many things. I could feel that gratefulness, bubbling up, pouring over, and running down the sides of my heart.

Such beautiful photos! We have already lost all of our leaves, it's nice to enjoy a bit of a virtual fall again via your blog!

Simple joys are always the best. Sounds like fun. Have a wonderful holiday.
Oh, ça fait du bien de voir ton affiche d'autre fois; I am so glad to see your old format here...it comforts me for some reason! And the neighborhood looks wonderful, holding all the magic that I was able to capture this past summer. BLESSINGS TO YOU DEAR HEART! Big brotha sends his love, Anita
Dear Nancy,
I feel like I just came home again, your plum and puff are back.
I want to wish you and the poet a very Happy Thanksgiving…
Your pictures of fall and gold are so pretty, our trees now stand naked in wait for the next season to come.
All the best to you my dear friend,
Louise
